Susan Baker was born in Reno, NV and has lived in Nevada all her life. She received her Bachelor of Science and Masters in Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She taught elementary school with the Clark County School District for 12 years. She began her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership/Curriculum Development at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and completed it as San Diego State University. In 2013, Susan completed the Orton-Gillingham Associates Level Course for assisting students with dyslexia. She joined the AEC community in 2012. Susan enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and taking long walks with her dogs. She has been married to Lynn for 35 years and has one daughter currently attending college at Pacific University.
