Britney developed her passion for being a servant leader and making the world a better place through twelve years of Girl Scouting in her hometown of Philadelphia. She graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Chemical Engineering with minors in Business and Engineering Entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, Britney accepted a position with Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a world leader in structural investment castings, forged components, airfoil castings for aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines. She worked with PCC for two years within their Management Development Program, first in Southern California as Process Control Engineer and then in Las Vegas as Process Engineer and Crushing Supervisor. In 2017, Britney was appointed as the Director of the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) program. During her time at Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada, Britney developed, designed and executed hands-on and engaging programming for girls ages 5-18. She is joining us as an MS Science and PreMed Instructor.
