David Peltz has a BS in Education from Temple University in Philadelphia and an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is beginning his thirtieth year as an educator in the Las Vegas Valley and has earned a High School Science Teacher of the Year award from the Southern Nevada Science Teachers Association. As a member of the Community Environmental Monitoring Program through the Desert Research Institute, David is active in the scientific research community. He has also taught science education classes for the Southern Nevada Regional Professional Development Program. David loves golfing and traveling with his wife and daughter. He will be teaching Physics, Chemistry, AP Chemistry, and middle school Physical Science.
