Lower School Staff
Friday, April 28, 2017
Welcome Back! We hope you had a relaxing and meaningful spring break and excited as we are about the last several weeks of school. With so much to still learn, explore and discover, we jumped right back into our regular schedules.
Monday was Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Memorial Day). Our fourth and fifth graders watched a video which showed the importance of keeping the memory of the 6 million Jews who perished and the countless survivors who lived to share their stories. It is now our responsibility to retell their stories to future generations.. To view the video (appropriate for older Lower School students), click here.
We are very excited about the events, field trips, assemblies and programs coming up. Please make sure to mark your calendars for the events that pertain to you and your family. If you have any questions about any of these events, please feel free to contact us.
As we are busy preparing for next year, we would appreciate your input with placement. We invite you to share any information about your child that you feel would be helpful for us to know during our placement process, which includes meeting with your child’s teachers. Please know that we consider all aspects of your child when making these decisions. To view the Parent Placement Input Form, click here.
