Holocaust survivors visited our campus today to meet with High School students during Kabbalat Shabbat. Juniors and Seniors had the opportunity to meet with a survivor and interview them. View images of survivors sharing their stories, CLICK HERE.
Today Upper School students participated in an International project from the World Jewish Congress. Middle School Students gathered to form the letters..WE REMEMBER. JCC PRESIDENT'S AWARD
The JCC of Southern Nevada during it's Annual Meeting honored AEC teachers Ayelet Blit & Lauren Eisenberg with the President's Award.

Monday 1/30: Burrito Blanket (pajamas and cozy blankets)
Tuesday 1/31: Crazy Sombrero (favorite hat day)
Wednesday 2/1: Guac vs. Salsa (upperclassmen: red/ Underclassmen: green)
Thursday 2/2: Spirit Wear for Pep Rally
Friday 2/3: Can-cation (tourist day)
SATURDAY: SADIES High School Dance, 8-11pm located on the 2nd Floor Landing. Tickets available: $10 (single) $15 (per couple).
CELEBRATION OF WRITING
The Celebration of Writing event is on Wednesday, February 8th from 3:30-4:30. There will be games and students reading their original works. You can also learn more about the English curriculum and peruse materials and resources with Preschool, Lower School, Middle School, and High School teachers and department chairs. We hope to see you there!
6th GRADE OVERNIGHT TRIP
