Sam Grundwerg, Israeli Consulate General, Los Angeles

The Student Council put on Spirit Week this week in preparation for Sadie's Dance, which is Saturday night from 8:00-11:00 p.m.  The theme of the dance is video games from the 80's.  Students wore totally tubular clothes and rad hair to get in the right head space for the dance.

High School students had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Israeli Consulate General from Los Angeles, Sam Grundwerg. The Consulate General of Israel in Los Angeles is one of Israel’s largest diplomatic missions in the world. It covers the entire Southwest region of the United States including Arizona, Southern California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. The Consulate is an official office of the Government of Israel. Our many departments work hand in hand striving to provide the best of Israel and strengthen the already deep bonds between Israel and the Southwest region.

On Wednesday, the following students participated in the American Mathematics Competition.  Good luck to all!
