High school students participated in the second Media Literacy workshop on digital misrepresentation led by our esteemed librarian, Jennifer Nails and guest presenter, Mr. Herringshaw. 

Students collected money as a part of the "Penny War" for St. Jude's Ranch for Children.  This initiative is being led by Adelson alumna, Ariel Wexler, Class of 2016, for a business course project at UNLV.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month-get ready to PINK OUT for a $1 and play dodgeball to raise money for cancer research.  

Student Council is selling tickets, $15 for singles and $25 for doubles, to the Candy Land-themed Homecoming Dance on Saturday, October 21st from 8:00-11:00.

Upper School wishes their wise and fearless leader, Morah Rosen, a Happy Birthday!  



In Mrs. Koehler's Health Class, Mrs. Paxinos, the Upper School Counselor, visited to present a lesson on mental health.  The students used QR codes to understand prominent mental illnesses.

In Mrs. Blit's sixth grade Judaics class, the students participated in a shared inquiry discussion around the topic of forgiveness.
