AEC counselors have compiled a number of resources for mental, emotional, social and physical health in a Wellness Resource page. On this page are a number of topics with activities for parents and children to do together or in support of their students or affirmations for us to remember during these trying times.  Counselors in each division continue to offer one on one student support, small group and grade level meetings to support our student community move through these unprecedented times.
